Steepness in Seattle

Warm up. Get your target zone.

Treadmill at half incline (5/10 or 10/20- whatever it is). 3 miles in zone!

    3 miles total, 43:15 minutes (or maybe it was 45:15 minutes)

    .2 miles warmup, 0 incline, 135 HR
    2.6 miles at 6.0 incline, alternate .1 mile walk and .1 mile jog, stopped at 1.5 miles to stretch for 3 minutes, did the .1 mile from 2.8 to 2.9 at 10.0 incline (to top it off) and the last .1 mile 0 incline walk to cool down, HR range 140 to 170, mostly about 155...
