Get out

Looks like you're having some nice weather. Let's play outside. Warm up on the way to mt. Zion. Do our sprints up the side. 5-6 good ones. Rest as needed. Warm down getting home.

    Beautiful weather!

    Warmup - walk/jog to the hill. About 8 minutes? Forgot my HR monitor - oops.

    Workout - 6 times up the hill, the back side on the dirt road, 2/3 of the way up (not to the road, to the second plateau...), same as we did together.

    Up - 34.6 (I must have timed this one wrong)
    Down - 116.7
    Up - 77
    Down - 115.9
    Up - 76.9
    Down - 123.1
    Up - 69.3
    Down - 138.6
    Up - 79.4
    Down - 171.8
    Up - 41.2 (this one must be wrong too)
    Down - 171

    12:15.15 minutes total plus two or three minutes total for the time it took me to type in my times and re-tie my shoes.

    Cooldown - jog/walk home, about 10 minutes.

    Ready for a workout tomorrow, gone Wed, ready Thurs and Fri, gone Sat and Sun but could work out first thing Sat before leaving...
