Light, Easy

Little jog. Get your heart rate up slowly and keep it under 140. Ok? Under! Go light and easy. Aim for 30 minutes if you're feeling it go longer, not harder, warm down.

    Workout - jog thirty minutes HR between 130 and 140, 2.46 miles. Went almost to the fair grounds and back...

    Stuck in the car all day tomorrow, back rarin' to go on Thursday.
