Get 50 good pushups. Can be split up during the whole day. Add this to your walk/ run. Move at least 2.5 miles.

    FYI on weekend workouts...

    11-5 9:00 AM walk the dogs with Michael about 1.5 miles along the lakeshore in Ashland while having oil changed in car
    11-5 5:30 PM walk the dogs with Michael up the front of the ski hill. 2.39 miles, 636 elevation gain, 52:08 minutes.

    11-6 3:22 PM walk/jog up the back of the ski hill 1.21 miles, 206 ft elevation gain, 28:40 minutes

    11-7 11:45 AM walk/jog up the back of the ski hill, 2.33 miles, 331 ft elevation gain, 36:17 minutes

    11-7 5PM walk the dogs 1 mile, about 25 minutes.
