Thursday Tone

Skullcrushers
on bench with bar in press position, bend at elbows and bring bar in arc over your head to where a knit hat ball would be. Bring bar back to extended arm over upper chest. Find a weight that's heavy after 8 reps and do 12 reps.
Then grab your 2 15# kb hold at side squat and jump. Do 7.
Repeat 3 times. Take your time warm up cool down yadda yadda yadda

    Walked 8 miles, more or less. Hiking in Muir Woods tomorrow!

    Will crush skulls when home Monday.

    Walked 2 miles in Castro ( jogged one hill). Hiked 4 miles in Miur Woods, lots of elevation gain. Walked 2 miles in Mission. Travel day today all day long. Will crush skulls tomorrow.

  3. Mon 10-31-11 noon jog/walk 2.16 miles in about 30 minutes

    Tues 11-1-11 11:45 AM jog 3.03 miles in about 39 minutes. Completed skull crusher workout plus one really good pushup just for the heck of it.
